I would like to thank you for the assistance, advice and professionalism you showed in assisting us with the organisation of my father-in-law’s funeral. All of the staff involved in the funeral service were fantastic and in particular I would like to thank Karen who conducted the service. Karen was professional and managed difficult family dynamics very well. I would like to sincerely thank her for reading the eulogy on behalf of my sister-in-law.
