Guardian Funerals will be participating in many of the annual ANZAC Day services this Wednesday, 25th April 2012.
Guardian Funerals is a key supporter of the Returned & Services League of Australia (RSL) and their local communities, and is very proud to be honouring all members of Australia’s armed forces, from past wars to those currently serving.
Guardian Funerals is participating and laying wreaths in the following community services:
Campbelltown
Guardian Funerals Incorporating Butler Funerals, Campbelltown will be placing a wreath at Campbelltown RSL’s ANZAC Day Parade, which will proceed along Queens Street, Campbelltown to Mawson Park for a service commencing at 9am.
Lidcombe
Guardian Funerals Lidcombe will be placing a wreath at the Auburn RSL’s ANZAC Day Service, which will commence at 5am at the Auburn RSL auditorium, 33 Northumberland Road, Auburn.
Merrylands
Guardian Funerals Merrylands will be placing a traditional wreath during the service, which will be held from 5am at 14 Military Road, Merrylands.
Rockdale
Guardian Funerals Rockdale will be placing a traditional wreath at the Remembrance Wall at Seven Ways, at the Rockdale RSL dawn service. A wreath will also be placed at the Kogarah RSL dawn service and tribute will be paid to diggers at the Brighton-le-Sands dawn service.
Warrawee
Guardian Funerals Warrawee will be awarding the prizes at the St Ives Bowling Club ANZAC Day Tournament.
This ANZAC Day, let us remember the sacrifice made by the men and women who died in the defence of our country and the legacy which their commitment and honour has secured for all Australians.
