Before becoming a Funeral Director (FD), I had an illustrious and varied portfolio career which has enabled me to connect with families in a genuine and individual way.
What do you like about being a FD?
I enjoy the interaction I have with both families and fellow colleagues within my team. I like the challenges that can occur and the spontaneity that comes with that, being able to create a unique farewell for someone is truly fulfilling. The role is varied and rewarding when it all comes together on the day to say a final goodbye to a family’s loved one.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Winter swimming, cycling, watching TV, cooking, summer breezes, seeing live music.
