Guardian Funerals were fantastic with the arrangements for my husband.
From the beginning, they were supportive, compassionate, and truly listened to what we wanted. I would like a special mention to Kathy, who was very helpful and caring from the the beginning to the end, her professionalism, and kindness were very welcomed for me and my family, at this very hard time.
We were very pleased with the service and advise they provided.
Sara and the team at Campbelltown Guardian Funerals were very supportive towards our needs as a family during the planning of our dad's funeral. They were very professional and always available to answer any questions or concern we had and immediately attend to resolve them.
You can reach us any time, day or night. We’ll answer, listen and help. That’s what we’re here for.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
It’s the opportunity to help a family make the necessary arrangements without stressing them further. When families realise that there is absolutely no limitations to what can be done in a service, then to organise it for them so it all turns out as they expected, has to be one of the most rewarding tasks I can do. To hear the family say to me as they leave me, “I am glad the service is organised, and you made it so easy for us” makes me feel so warm inside.
What do you like about your local area?
I class everything we do in our daily work as caring for our Community. Living in the area for more than 30 years, I have been blessed to make so many friends in the area. A good mix of young and old helps the area adapt to many things. Also our continued relationships with the local Churches in the district means we can cater for all denominations.
What charities does your brand/location support in your area?
Being involved in the local community in such things as Campbelltown City Kangaroos, The Bert New Lawn Bowls tournament, the RSL Sub Branch in Campbelltown and Wrapped in Love where local ladies knit blankets and we get them to those who need them.
What makes Guardian Funerals special?
The people. I am proud to be part of a team that make the family they are with feel very special. It is so enjoyable to listen and share in funny and sometimes sad stories.
It is important for families that there is no limitations to how they can celebrate their loved one’s lives. We all understand that each goodbye is unique and it’s my job to take them by the hand and lead them through the process, easily and happily bringing their wishes into fruition.
