We appreciated the prompt response to help us.
Sarah Priest the funeral director was kind and patient with us and she was a good listener. She kept us updated and communicated well. The funeral workers who attended the funeral were respectful and did there job well.
Taylor has a truly special gift for making people feel cared for.
From the moment we walked in, we were embraced by Taylor’s calm, compassionate presence. She has a truly special gift for making people feel cared for. Guardian Funerals didn’t just guide us through a difficult time; they lifted a weight from our shoulders and gave our loved one the dignity they deserved.
You can reach us any time, day or night. We’ll answer, listen and help. That’s what we’re here for.
How long have you been a funeral director?
I have been fortunate to work as a funeral arranger for the past six years. Prior to this role, I held a number of customer service positions, including working at Jayco Caravans. At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love of helping people.
What do you like about being a funeral director?
I take great comfort in being able to support families during such a difficult time. For most people, arranging a funeral isn’t something they do often, so it can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process as simple and reassuring as possible, while always being mindful of everything families are navigating emotionally.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy being at home cooking, spending time in the garden, and relaxing with my family and pets. I used to play netball and now enjoy supporting the NSW Swifts, watching as many games as I can.
