Losing a loved one can be difficult, both emotionally and financially. We understand that you can't always be financially prepared for these situations, which is why we offer several payment options.
Pay online
Pay online using a credit or debit card.
BPAY
Contact your participating financial institution, online or by phone, to pay directly from your cheque or savings account. When prompted, enter the Biller Code and Customer Reference number shown on your invoice.
Zip Pay
Pay in interest-free instalments with Zip Pay.*
In person
Present your invoice at a branch to pay by credit card, cheque or cash
Pay by phone
Call 1300 181 300 with your customer reference number and credit or debit card number.
