How long have you been a funeral arranger?
Since 2019, I started as an arranger than transitioned to Guardian Bankstown where I became the location manager.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
I have always worked in the customer service industry, and I love talking to people and listening to lifelong stories.
The Bankstown area is very culturally diverse, and as a result, I have learnt a lot from being a funeral arranger and working with families from different cultural and religious backgrounds. You're always learning something new each day, and it's great to have a job with experiences like that.
What's the most remarkable funeral you've ever arranged?
I have had the pleasure of being a part of a few very remarkable funerals, decorating our chapel with the most extravagant settings. I love that through the generations, the younger family members are following traditions, it's touching to see.
